Getting your parcel to you!!

Want to see what new arrivals come before we send your parcel to save some money and bag those extra goodies?

We offer a 'keep my parcel' service - for 5 weeks you can keep adding to your parcel till you are ready for us to ship it out to you.

All you need to do after your first order is pay for postage and then comment in the message tab - 'keep my parcel'

After this you can have up to 5 weeks to add to your parcel - just select your items for the website and pay as normal BUT,

when checking out just select the 'add to my parcel' for delivery.

We shall then add these items to your first order.

If you are ready for your parcel to be sent out before the 5 weeks is up, then please just email us to

and we shall post out your parcel.

Parcels up to 2kg are £3.95 tracked

if after the 5 weeks your parcel weighs more than this, we shall contact you to pay the additional fee - any parcel over 2kg is £7.95 tracked.

We use Royal Mail for all our parcels.

All parcels come with a tracking number.

We only post to the UK.

We post out every Monday / Thursday and Saturday -

your item(s) will be posted on the earliest of those days -

unless you are keeping your parcel open for more items to be added!

When your order has been posted - we shall email you tracking

This allows you to keep an eye out for your parcel.

If after 48 hours your parcel has not arrived, we do ask you wait just 24 hours more -

We all know how postal services can be!

If after 72 hours you have not had your parcel and the tracking has not been updated, please contact us!

We will do everything in our power to track down any lost parcels and help make any claims against damaged parcels.
